Terms of Service

Upload photos and videos you have the right to use, pay once, and we print your frame and make its QR play your video. Prices are in rupees and set at checkout. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and [BUSINESS LEGAL NAME] (“Living Frame”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, placing an order or scanning a Living Frame QR code, you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we provide

We print your photo, ship it to you, and host the video you choose so that it plays inside the photo in a phone's browser, with no app, when someone scans the QR on the frame. One order can hold up to 6 frames, and one QR works for every frame in the order.

Your account

You need an account to order and pay. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on it. You must be 18 or older, or place the order through a parent or guardian.

Orders and prices

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details. If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, see the Refund Policy.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 business days after payment, to the address you gave at checkout. Dates are estimates. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and videos. By uploading them you give us permission to store, process, print and display them for the purpose of making your frame and playing its video, for as long as the frame is active.

You promise that you own what you upload or have permission to use it, including permission from anyone who appears in it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. You must not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit, abusive, hateful, defamatory, violates someone's privacy, or shows harm to children. We may remove such content, cancel the order, and report it to the authorities where required.

Anyone who has your frame's QR code can watch its videos. Please see the Privacy Policy.

How the AR viewer works

The video plays when a phone's camera recognises the printed photo. It works best with a recent phone browser, camera permission, and good lighting. Results can vary between devices, and we cannot promise it will work on every phone or in every condition. If your frame does not play as expected, contact us and we will help.

Our content

The Living Frame name, logo, site design and code belong to us. You may not copy them or use them to build a competing service.

Limits on our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can stop using Living Frame and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Videos for frames you already own will stop playing if we delete them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and orders you place after it are covered by the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere.
