No. Scan the QR on your frame with your phone's normal camera. The link opens in the browser, you tap Start camera, and the video plays inside the photo. There is nothing to install.
Recent iPhones and Android phones with a camera. Open the link in Safari or Chrome. Apps like Instagram and WhatsApp often block the camera, so if you scan from inside one of them, choose the option to open in your browser.
Choose a frame size, pick a photo and crop it to the printed shape, add a short video (up to 60 seconds and 80 MB) and place it inside the photo, then pay. We print your frame, set up the video, and ship it with your QR code.
Yes, up to 6 frames per order. Each frame has its own size, photo and video, and one QR code scans every frame in the order. If you order several, pick photos that look clearly different from each other so the camera can tell them apart.
We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 business days after payment, to the address you give at checkout.
Anyone who has your frame's QR code can watch its video, so treat the code like a private link. Your files are stored privately and are not listed anywhere. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.
As long as your frame is active, so the QR keeps working. If you want your photos and videos deleted, ask us and we will remove them. The QR on a frame you already own will then stop playing.
Open the link in Safari or Chrome and allow camera access. Hold your phone about 40 cm from the photo in good light, keep the whole photo in view, and hold steady for a moment. You can also tap Just watch the video to see it without the camera. If it still doesn't work, contact us. If the fault is ours, we will fix it, reprint it or refund you.
A sharp photo with plenty of detail scans best. Very plain, blurry or dark photos are harder for the camera to recognise. We print your photo exactly as you cropped it, so check the crop and the video position before you pay.
You can cancel for a full refund before we start printing. After that, we refund or reprint if your frame arrives damaged or defective. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
Yes, to place and pay for an order, so we can keep your orders and receipts under My orders. People who scan your frame don't need an account.
